PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 2 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN POUNDS STERLING (INCLUSIVE OF VAT).

Postage and packaging charges apply to all items purchased using the electronic shopping basket.

Postage and packaging will be charged at a rate of £4.95 pound sterling for all items purchased. Unless FREE postage and packaging applies. You should receive your order in approximately 2 to 7 working days from when you order.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that if you place an order after 1pm on a Friday your order will be downloaded on the following Monday. This means Monday will be the first processing day.

Delayed Mail

The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting us. This is the timescale quoted by Royal Mail before they will allow a claim for non-delivery.
