WHAT CAN I SELL ON BOJEST?
 
  • Selling mass-produced or commercial items is not permitted on BOJEST. Any items that come under this category will be removed.
  • Please visit SHOP POLICIES for more information regarding ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, RETURNS POLICY & ORDER CANCELLATIONS.

 

HANDMADE ITEMS

  • All Items on BOJEST must be HANDMADE, with the exception of 2 of our categories; Supplies & Vintage.
  • Handmade designs, products and items must be created by hand by the seller(s) of the shop.
  • It is not permissible to list handmade items that you (as a seller or small business) did not create.
  • 'Upcycled' items and designs are permitted.
  • Vintage items are not considered handmade. These items should therefore not be listed as handmade, but listed in the Vintage Category.

ART & PHOTOGRAPHY

  • All items under these categories must be images designed, painted and or created by the seller. And must not at anytime infringe someone else's copyright.

I DON'T LIVE IN EUROPE OR THE USA, CAN I SELL ON BOJEST?

  • No, it is not possible. Only sellers that reside in Europe and the USA can register as a seller on BOJEST.

 

Any item or product listed that is not in accordance with the BOJEST listing terms will be removed. Sellers & Buyers who do not comply with our terms & conditions can result in their account being suspended or terminated. In these unfortunate instances the seller is still under obligation to pay any outstanding commission fees and listing fees. See our terms & conditions for more information.


WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT COPYRIGHT?

  • Please ensure that all your designs are your original work. And in cases of using fabric or patterns by other designers please seek permission where necessary and that they are for commercial use.

WHAT ARE THE EUROPEAN DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS?

SELLING

  • Please note, BOJEST is not a retailer; BOJEST is a Market Place & Gallery and our sole purpose is to connect artists, artisans & crafters with buyers. This means when you accept an order/purchase from a buyer on BOJEST, you as a seller are entering into a direct transaction with an individual buyer. Payment for the item(s) is sent directly to the seller via Paypal. BOJEST are not arbitrators of disputes between sellers & buyers.
