Each individual order is supplied by the independent artists and/or artisans or crafter who is responsible for the prompt and safe arrival of your goods.
Charges and delivery times can vary from seller to seller.
Your purchases are protected by the BOJEST Customer Refund.
Please note some items ordered can not be cancelled or-refunded. Please check returns policy with seller and see terms & conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Item returns are subject to the policies set out in each of the individual seller's shop. Please contact seller if you have any questions about their returns policies. Buyers are asked to contact the seller first, before returning an item back to the seller. .
Please inform BOJEST and the designer/seller immediately and return the item with its original packaging intact/ labels attached to the designer/seller.
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the item if you change your mind.
Please note: Some items cannot be returned e.g. personal commissions - see our terms & conditions for more details.
Do double check with the seller whether you are able to cancel or return your purchase to avoid disappointment.
